The Greatplace Model is the core of the Unleash ideology. Based on extensive research, the model is a visual aid that aligns people with the aspirations and values of their organization, enabling them to see their role in delivering results while creating a great place to be.

The Greatplace Model  is operationalized  through the Greatplace Scorecard, which engages individuals in an anonymous opportunity to reach a better understanding of what they need from work. The quantitative and qualitative feedback gives the organization cumulative data and gap analysis, so leaders can take real time, corrective action.
