Founder’s Message

      It was almost a decade ago when I envisioned and founded Unleash. I had worked with many great organizations throughout my career, but had grown frustrated with the shortcomings of the broken workplace. In spite of talented and motivated leadership, the organizations struggled to adapt to the changing world. The system remained inflexible, bureaucratic, and eager to label all employees through their job descriptions, instead of their individual passions and potential. I saw Unleash as the solution to these widespread, on-going problems.

      I am thankful to all the people, across so many companies, non-profits, associations, governments, universities, and hospitals who have welcomed Unleash into the modern workplace. Without them, Unleash would not be prepared today to revolutionize the way we work together.
